Aspera Files API Challenge

Description

Aspera Files is a revolutionary SAAS application using Aspera's patented FASP transport protocol, which transports data independent of network conditions or storage type at industry leading speeds. The application exposes the concepts of sending, requesting, and data collaboration, and provides the ability to tether storage from all major object storage types. All functions of the application are exposed through a simple RESTful API and can be used in conjunction with Aspera's node API and Connect Browser Plugin to create unique web, mobile, desktop, or headless client applications. Our challenge is to write the best application primarily based on the Aspera Files and supporting APIs that sends or receives data in a new or unique way. Aspera will provide full access to our Developer Network (http://developer.asperasoft.com) which includes API documentation, a hackathon-dedicated instance of Aspera Files, a unique client application key, and software licenses to hacking teams.
